Re-enrollment

Re-enrollment packets will be sent home to students in the spring.  Re-enrollment is reserved for those students for whom James L. Collins Catholic School has the most appropriate program and whose academic progress and behavior/attitude indicate a willingness to engage cooperatively in spiritual and academic growth.

Re-enrollment at Collins Catholic School is not automatically extended to every student. All families are to be aware that prior to re-enrolling for the next school year, all financial obligations must be met and are up to date with the school office.  Families who are behind in tuition payments and/or other fees may be denied the opportunity to re-enroll until those financial obligations have been met. All decisions in this matter are at the discretion of the school principal and/or the pastor. Students may be denied enrollment at any time during the school year if attitude, behavior, and academic performance become negative.

Early Re-enrollment: March 31st ($100 fee per child)
Regular Re-enrollment: April 30th ($125 fee per child)
Late Re-enrollment: May 1st ($200 fee per child)

Immunization records are required for all students.  If immunization documentation is not current the student will be sent home until all immunizations have been received and proper documentation is presented to the school. There are no exceptions to this regulation.   The Diocese of Dallas does not accept immunization exemptions.

To complete our online reenrollment process, you will access FACTS Family Portal through your existing login. If you do not have a login, please follow the Instructions for Creating a Family Portal Login listed below.

To access FACTS Family Portal:

  1. Please go to https://factsmgt.com/

  2. Select Parents Login from the menu bar at the top right of the screen.

  3. From the pull down menu, select FACTS Family Portal.

  4. Enter the District Code: CO-TX.

  5. Type in your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided below the login section.

  6. After logging in, click on the Apply/Enroll in the left menu.

  7. Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment button.

  8. The enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet for {StudentFirstName}. The online process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your information will be saved if you need to stop the process and return later.

  9. The Instructions and Enrollment Checklist page of the enrollment packet contains supplemental enrollment forms that also must be submitted. Further instructions on these forms are provided online.
