Parent Teacher Committee

The James L Collins Catholic School Parent Teacher Committee (PTC) is an active group that supports and enriches the student and teacher experience. Parents, family, friends and care providers of the students may become active members upon payment of membership dues. Annual dues are $10 per family payable at the beginning of the school year. The family will receive one student directory as part of their dues. A minimum of two general meetings are held each school year usually having one meeting every month.

During the school year, PTC sponsors fun filled activities such as Mother/Son basketball games, breakfast with St. Nicholas, a Daddy/Daughter dance and Grandparent's Day.  Members assist and volunteer for the JLCCS Gala.  During Catholic School's week, goodies are left for school employees.  PTC provides a breakfast for the Accreditation Committee. PTC leaves treats and sweets for the faculty and staff during Teacher's Appreciation week. At the end of the school year PTC sponsors the school's AR parties and Fun Day.
