Division has never been as sweet! These second grade students had fun learning division using skittles in Mrs. Green's class.

Be kind! Be brave! Our Taylor Swift club focuses on positive messages as they come together to meet monthly.

Flag football had a great time practicing, even when it began to rain a little bit.

Butterfly projects in Mrs. Hall’s class were a success! These first grade students loved giving presentations, but they especially loved watching their class butterflies emerge from their cocoons.

Our students love being able to serve our school. Our fifth grade class serves as the flag bearers for the school everyday. Students in eighth through third grade have been taking turns reading the morning and afternoon announcements over the school's PA system.

Such incredible artwork hanging up in our halls to celebrate Lent!

Our preschool students (the three year old class) were focused on sorting different colored goldfish. They especially loved eating the tasty treats afterwards.

The Corsicana Animal Shelter welcomed students from Mrs. Gibbs’ third grade class at James L. Collins Catholic School. The class brought food, toys, and other items for the animal shelter that they had collected. After they dropped off their donation, the JLCCS students were taken on a tour of the shelter and were able to meet and play with many of the cats and dogs that are awaiting homes.

Our preschool students (ages 3 & 4) at James L. Collins Catholic School collected over 75 stuffed animals to donate to the Corsicana Police Department for them to use during times of crisis for children. After they donated the stuffed animals, the police officers took the students outside so they could see their squad car. Additionally, they talked with students about keeping them safe and explained a police officer’s job in the community.

At our last Star Wars club meeting, our students made their own catapults similar to what the Ewoks made in Return of the Jedi. We loved seeing their creativity and teamwork as they used sticks and rocks on the playground to build them.

Our U.S. Military History Club was able to go on a field trip to learn more about Civil War history at the Pearce Museum at Navarro College. The Pearce Museum arranged for General Robert E. Lee to lead the students on a tour and educate them on the devastating effects of war. Our students were truly engaged and even visited the Hunter-Gatherers of the Blackland Prairie exhibit. Afterwards, they went to the Corsicana Airport and met with several Commemorative Air Force Coyote Squadron members. Through the CAF's education program, students were able to hear about the history of the airport and learn about how the CAF continues to work to keep military history alive. Additionally, they were able to get inside the PT19 and T34 and learn more about the mechanics of flight. We are grateful to all of the individuals that hosted our students for this field trip.

These students used clay to make baby mandrake plants at their last Harry Potter Club meeting.

These 4H students are gaining valuable leadership skills through all of our county's competitions and meetings.

Grateful for these Kona Ice days!

Our students love making creative art projects in Mrs. Huerta's class!

These boys are not only learning how to play football; they are also learning how to be good men. Our flag football club members surprised their moms after their last practice with boxes of chocolate.

Our second grade students in the choir loft!
