Our students are blessed to have access to our STEM SmartLab! Our SmartLab is a fully integrated learning environment where everything focuses on the STEM curriculum. The four core elements of STEM include SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING, and MATH. They are used together to support hands-on, minds-on learning as well as help prepare our students for college and careers in the future. It’s a place where personalized learning and intrinsic motivation engage students of all ages, interests, and abilities.

The Commemorative Air Force Coyote Squadron blessed our school once again! Colonel TJ Brown and Colonel Thomas Cozart brought the squadron's 1953 M37 Ambulance from the Korean War to campus for the JLCCS U.S. Military History Club meeting this week. During the meeting, students played a military history trivia game and then went out to the ambulance to learn about how the military would have utilized it in Korea. We truly appreciate the willingness of our Coyote Squadron to support our students especially when we know they are busy preparing to host the 24th Annual Corsicana Airsho this Saturday at the Corsicana Municipal Airport.

At our last 4H meeting, our students made desserts and practiced presenting for the upcoming county Food Show and Food Challenge. 4H is the largest youth development program in Texas and offers our students a variety of leadership opportunities.
