Our Little Flowers Girls' Club hosted a Glamp Out in the school's gym.
Our third grade students loved being in the choir loft singing.
These students received the Sacrament of Reconciliation at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Father Juan Carlos Marin. We ask for you to pray for each of these students; that their hearts continued to be filled with the grace of our Lord.
Our seventh grade students attended a theatrical performance called Encore! by the Chamber Theatre group in Dallas. The class had read the stories being performed beforehand.
Students from James L. Collins Catholic School were excited to attend Theatreworks USA's touring production of The Pout-Pout Fish at Corsicana High School presented by Navarro Council of the Arts.

Happy Veterans Day! The Little Flowers Girls' Club made cards for veterans at our last meeting. The girls were focusing on the virtue of courage and discussed the courage of soldiers.
Join us in cheering on the JLCCS Swim Team! This team will compete in the Dallas Parochial League in December. We want to give a special shout out to the YMCA of Corsicana for supporting our team as we host practice.
These students used their creative talents to design and create wands at their last club meeting using molding clay and wood.

These first grade students had a blast in Mrs. Hall's class when their teacher hosted a black out day. The classroom was decked out in black lights and our students loved working on their school work with highlighters.

We would like to thank the J. Tom Eady Charitable Trust at Community National Bank & Trust of Texas for their generosity this past week. Our A/C unit in our gymnasium went out and we were blessed with a generous grant to cover the costs to replace the unit.
Mrs. Denis is cooking up fun for her 4th and 5th grade classes as they participate in her RoadKill Cafe. Students were able to create their own menus and utilize their math skills as they focused on prices and ordering menu items.

Students at James L. Collins Catholic School collected over 450 canned food items for Holiday Food Boxes in partnership with the Catholic Daughters of the Americas Court #2691.
Students from James L Collins Catholic School participated in the annual Red Ribbon Week. To celebrate living free without drugs, the students had fun dress up days including crazy socks, a 50s day, and wearing red.
