Our wonderful PTC does A LOT to help our school offer fun and interesting opportunities for our students. So, let's help them raise funds just by donating gently worn, used and new shoes! Be sure to ask, friends, family, neighbors and co-workers to donate, too! In addition to helping our school, collected shoes will be reused and given a second life by those in need through a microbusiness. It's a WIN-WIN!!!
We are collecting shoes for a limited time...only two months.
JLCCS Families - Each class is challenged to collect 50 pairs of shoes the first month and 50 pairs of shoes the second month. Just send your shoes to school with your student. Our Blue Knights and NJHS members will take care of the rest!
Navarro County - As an extra challenge to our community, we are going to try to fill up the old, yellow school bus!!! So be on the lookout for our bus around town. Also, if your business would like the bus to stop by to collect shoes for a day, please let Christina Cozart know (ccozart@collinscatholicschool.org).
You can drop off your shoes at James L. Collins Catholic School or in the Brides Room at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
