Summer Office Hours:

• Our office will be open Monday through Thursday from 8:30am to 12:30pm. We will be closed on Fridays. Faculty/Staff in-service begins on July 31st.

Staff Updates:

We would like to welcome new staff members and also highlight some changes:

• Welcome Mrs. Holly Bays our new second grade teacher. Holly Bays is in her 9th year in elementary education. Prior to that, she was a Sergeant Investigator for a Narcotics Task Force for 13 years.

  She has 2 sons. Her oldest lives in Northlake with his precious family. Her youngest graduated high school last year. She moved to Corsicana with her husband last July when he accepted a Specialty Teams Coordinator position with Navarro College Football. He was born and raised in Ennis, so they are happy to be close to family. Mrs. Bays is looking forward to a smaller school environment where she can give her students what they need to be successful and she cherishes the opportunity to support students with prayer.

• Welcome Mrs. Connie Meadors our new fifth grade teacher. Connie grew up on the Gulf Coast of Texas and attended college at Abilene Christian University. She has two grown sons who are successful in their own careers in other cities. For the last 11 years, she has called Cedar Creek Lake her home, even though she lived in Corsicana when her boys were younger.

  Her teaching career has spanned over 20 years, with experience in both Christian and public schools. She is looking forward to returning to a Christian school environment, where she can share scripture and prayers with her students.

• We are excited to welcome back Coach Franks as our Athletic Director and PE Teacher.

Campus Updates:

• In July we finished replacing the roof on our gymnasium.

• We are re-surfacing our multi-purpose court in July and installing our new basketball hoops and poles.

• We are installing a sound system in the cafeteria this summer too.

• We received new preschool curriculum for our Pre-K 3 and Prek-4 Classes. For the upcoming year, we will use Frogstreet curriculum.

• For the coming school year, we received new science curriculum - Into Science for grades 4th through 8th. We received Into Reading curriculum for K through 5th.
