Alumni of James L. Collins Catholic School and other supporters of our school are invited to nominate school alumni for our JLCCS Disciple of Christ Award.  The award will be given out annually.  Nominations are due by October 1st via the online form.  

Purpose:  To recognize alumni (graduates) from JLCCS who have demonstrated outstanding moral character, excellence in their lives, made significant contributions to their communities, and have actively lived lives of faith and service.
 
Suggested criteria:

• Significant service to others through church, family, and the community

• Admirable personal conduct and character in which the alumnus/alumna embodies our spirit of becoming a Disciple of Christ

• Focus on our four cornerstones: faith, involvement, integrity and respect

• Service and dedication of his/her personal talents and resources for the benefit of others
