The James L. Collins Catholic School Annual Campaign makes it possible for us to continue our mission of developing the hearts and minds of our students. Its purpose is to ensure we are able to continue providing quality educational programs to our students. With generous donations towards our Annual Campaign and disbursements from the James L. Collins Trust Fund, tuition is kept at a reasonable rate and allows the opportunity for more families to choose a Catholic education for their children.
Tuition and fees provide approximately 42% of the school’s operating expenses while the Trust covers 32% of the school’s operating expenses. We work to cover the remaining 26% through donations and fundraisers; including the GAP Campaign. An average family at JLCCS pays $5,157 a year for one child to attend, but the actual cost to the school to educate each child for the year is $12,462. That is a gap of $7,305 per child. We appreciate our community assisting us to cover this gap so we can continue to provide a quality Catholic education to students at an affordable cost. We need your help to raise that last 26% of our operating expenses, which is $205,743 this year!
